Terms of Order, Sale, and Delivery of Goods
This Agreement is an official and public offer by the Seller to enter into a purchase agreement for the goods presented on the website:
By placing an order, the Buyer fully accepts the terms of this Agreement, including the ordering process, payment, delivery, returns, and other conditions of cooperation.
The Agreement is considered concluded once the Buyer clicks the “Confirm Order” button on the checkout page.
1. Definitions
1.1. Public Offer
A public offer by the Seller to conclude a distance purchase agreement for goods.
1.2. Goods
Camera bags, accessories for photo and video equipment, straps, organizers, cases, protective accessories, and other products presented on the website.

2. Subject of the Agreement
The Seller agrees to transfer ownership of the Goods to the Buyer.
The Buyer agrees to pay for and accept the Goods under the terms of this Agreement.
The Agreement is concluded at the moment the order is placed on the website.
3. Placing an Order
The Buyer places an order independently through the website or the contact details listed on the website.
The Seller has the right to refuse order fulfillment if the Buyer’s information is incomplete or inaccurate.
When placing an order, the Buyer provides:
- first and last name;
- phone number;
- delivery address;
- email address;
- payment or billing details (if required).
By placing an order, the Buyer confirms:
- acknowledgment of the terms of this Agreement;
- consent to the processing of personal data;
- agreement with the Bubzi Privacy Policy.
4. Pricing and Delivery
Product prices are listed on the online store website.
The Seller has the right to change prices before the order is placed.
Shipping costs are paid separately by the Buyer according to the delivery service rates.
Payment for goods is made using the methods indicated on the website.
An order is considered paid after funds are received in the Seller’s account.
Upon receiving the Goods, the Buyer must check:
- completeness of the order;
- appearance of the goods;
- compliance with the order.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
5.1. The Seller agrees to:
- provide goods of proper quality;
- not disclose personal data;
- comply with the terms of this Agreement.
5.2. The Seller has the right to:
- modify the terms of the Agreement;
- change product prices;
- refuse order fulfillment.
5.3. The Buyer agrees to:
- review the terms of the Agreement;
- provide accurate information;
- pay for and accept the goods.
6. Returns
The Buyer has the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days.
Returns are possible if:
- the product has not been used;
- the original appearance is preserved;
- packaging and tags are preserved;
- proof of purchase is provided.
Refunds are issued within 7 calendar days after the goods are received.
Return shipping costs are paid by the Buyer.
Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable.
7. Liability
The Seller is not responsible for improper use of the goods.
The Seller is not responsible for inaccurate information provided by the Buyer.
The parties bear responsibility in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
The parties are released from liability in cases of force majeure.
8. Confidentiality and Personal Data Protection
By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data.
The Seller does not disclose the Buyer’s personal data without legal grounds.
The Buyer is responsible for keeping personal information up to date.
9. Other Terms
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations or in court.
The Seller has the right to modify the terms of the Agreement without prior notice.
10. Agreement Term
This Agreement comes into force once the Buyer places an order and remains valid until both parties fulfill their obligations.
11. Termination of the Agreement
The Seller has the right to terminate the Agreement in the event of:
- violation of the Agreement by the Buyer;
- provision of inaccurate information;
- violation of payment terms.
12. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations.
If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to court in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
