Shipping, payment, exchange and return policy
At Bubzi, we strive to make the shopping experience simple, comfortable, and clear for every customer. Below you’ll find all the important information about shipping, payment, exchanges, and returns.
1. Shipping
We deliver orders across Ukraine via Nova Poshta.
Shipping times:
- If the item is in stock, orders are shipped within 2–3 business days.
- If the item is made to order or temporarily out of stock — shipping may take up to 10–14 business days.
2. International Shipping
We also ship worldwide via Nova Poshta Global and partner delivery services.
Estimated international delivery time:
10–14 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.
After placing your order, a Bubzi manager will contact you to confirm the order details and provide the current delivery timeframe.
3. Payment
We accept payments by bank cards:
- Visa
- Mastercard
Payments are processed online during checkout through the secure Monobank payment system, which meets modern payment security standards.
4. Exchanges & Returns
We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit or your plans may change. That’s why you can request an exchange or return within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.
Return conditions:
- the item has not been used;
- the original appearance is preserved;
- the packaging and all included items are preserved.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

5. Return Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are not reimbursed, except in cases of:
- manufacturing defects;
- an error made by Bubzi;
- receiving the wrong item.
